A true all-levels class – Great for both beginner students and seasoned practitioners!
This class offers a refreshing mix of foundational poses, movement with breath, and sequences that build both strength and flexibility.
The ‘Align and Flow’ classes begin with centering and tuning into the breath, and continue to maintain a focus on alignment, working to maximize the flow of energy in your body. This class will empower you to learn and experience greater stability, freedom, and ease within each pose.
Instructors will offer pose modifications to either support or challenge students’ personal level, as needed.
