In this class we aim to get back to what yoga truly is, a meditative practice.
Classes begin by establishing a connection with our breath and the sensations of our body to get into a deep state of awareness. Which is followed by a movement practice that incorporates bio-mechanics and traditional asanas to
help us improve the mobility and stability of our joints.
We conclude the class by practicing restorative
yin postures that allow us to just be and enjoy the moments as they come.
This class is perfect if your brand new to yoga or if you’re a seasoned practitioner.
