This practice focuses on infusing traditional yoga postures with mobility, strength and nervous system regulation practices.
Classes move at a slower place where emphasis is placed on individual student needs, using a variety of props such as blocks and dowels to use as support and resistance. Mindfulness is encouraged throughout the practice to encourage feeling embodied and bring a state of deep awareness and relaxation.
Suitable for all levels.: if your brand new to yoga or if you’re a seasoned practitioner.
