Life is but a dream.’
Inna first came across yoga about 6 years ago, having suffered anxiety in her early years she was looking for a way to calm her mind and find inner peace. She instantly fell in love with this practice that was able to take her out of her mind and connect with her body and spirit.
After practicing on and off for 5 years, she was looking for a change in her career direction to do something that felt more in line with her life’s purpose. Naturally she felt inclined to participate in the 200 hour Yin Yang Teacher Training Program- Yoga of Balance in 2016/2017, the studio where she had been practicing. This gave her the tools necessarily to combine her interest in mindfulness and stress management along with safe functional movement to give a holistic approach to healing the mind, body and spirit as a whole.
Inna’s classes combine movements that promote joint mobility, increased strength as well as a strong emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation. Inna continues to explore and self-study all things yoga related to provide classes that are innovative and beneficial to her students.
Inna teaches Yin Yoga on Tuesday, 8:00 PM.
