Inna first came across the physical practice of yoga about 7 years ago. Having had suffered from anxiety in her early years she was always looking for ways to calm her mind and find inner peace. As with all struggles this was the catalyst that started the journey to learn about self care and love. Maintaining a yoga practice was the anchor that had helped her through the ebbs and flows of life.

Now she wants to be able to give back and guide others on their own journeys of healing.
Inna creates classes that are warm and inviting, where emphasis is put on present moment awareness which is something that society as whole needs to learn to get back to.

Inna loves to keep learning and continue her education on all things related to well-being, movement, and self self-expression so she can share her knowledge with her students. She completed following programs:
* 200 hour Yin Yang Teacher Training Program- Yoga of Balance in 2016/2017
* Reiki Level I 2017
* Mindful Strength Workshop 2018
* Pathophysiology & Injury Management Workshop 2018
* Movement for Trauma Level I 2018

Inna teaches Mindful Movements ( Yin Yoga)  on Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:00 PM .
