“Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.”
MORE ABOUT INNA:
Inna found her love for movement in her early 20s, looking for ways to calm her mind and develop a more nurturing relationship to her body she stumbled upon Hatha Yoga. She quickly realized there was something special about this path that she felt very much drawn too. She continued to develop her practice mostly in more passive stretching based classes (Yin Yoga), but very soon realized that what her body really craved and needed was strength.
Through the support of her yoga teacher and later to be mentor Galina Zilberberg, she began incorporating more strength and mobility into her practice. As she progressed she could feel the benefits of feeling more resilient not just in body but in mind and spirit. This eventually led her to partake in a Yoga teacher training program so she could share her passion of developing a more positive relationship with our bodies with others.
Inna continues to immerse her self in continuing education to further her knowledge about varied subjects such as anatomy, nervous system regulation, strength training, mindfulness techniques, and more. Her classes incorporate exercises to help wake up the muscles so they can function to their full capacity, increase the active range of movement to develop mobility and find ways to release and leg to go of tension. All classes are accessible to people with bodies of all shapes, sizes and capabilities.
