"Practice and All Will Come"


With a background of transcendental meditation and dancing, Shani has always loved physical movement and mindful activities. Her first experience with yoga was practicing Shivenanda Yoga 20 years ago. From there Shani went on to try many styles of yoga.
She describes her teaching”
“My teaching philosophy is that yoga is approachable for everyone. It’s not something that we have to learn how to do, rather it is a way of connecting to your true self and letting your body experience, presence, clarity and wholeness.
My goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive space – safe for students to awaken and to release stress patterns. To develop an organic, and satisfying yoga practice, I integrate conscious alignment and proper breathing techniques.”
Practicing yoga under Shani’s guidance is an opportunity to clear the mind, release stress ad make space for a true happiness.
