Graduate of Yoga Sanctuary teachers Ashtanga / Hatha/ Yin training programs, Svetlana combines different styles and approaches in her classes.
Svetlana focuses on proper alignment, breathing, strength and flexibility. She truly believes that practice should be enjoyable even though sometimes challenging.
Svetlana also studied Pilates and Pre/Post Natal Yoga.
“Yoga gave me a lot, opened a new world of practice and self-development. From different types of yoga, I expanded to Pilates and the combining of both of them became my style of practicing and teaching.
I feel very excited for the given opportunity to share my knowledge and experience. The goal of my classes is making them adjustable to every student, give a prospect to each individual to make their practice more or less physically challenging without losing proper alignments and concentration on breathing. I love getting student feedback and I constantly work on advancing my classes.
I truly think that a positive attitude, regular practice and believing in yourself can change your world, make it better, brighter and cleaner. There are no boundaries in what you can achieve. Namaste!”
